DESCRIPTION: This project consists of a multi-story government office building, and is approximately 18,800 sqm in built up area, Supreme Council for planning appointed ECOBUILD as the project's sustainability consultant to ensure that the project achieves LEED Gold under USGBC standard for new building construction.

SCOPE OF SERVICES: Sustainability Consultancy including;

  • Green Building Certification (LEED GOLD Rating Award)
  • Performance, Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy
  • Energy Simulation and Modeling
  • Renewable Energy Consultancy (SOLAR)
